My deepest belief is that we are human before we are artists. It is the responsibility of everybody to find their individual voice and innate movement. The more this authenticity and freedom can be witnessed, the more we encourage humanity to search for the same in life.

I have over 15 years of professional dance experience which includes dancing professionally with the San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Nevada Ballet Theatre, and in collaboration with Cirque du Soliel and Phantom of the Opera of Las Vegas, and participating in the National Choreographic Initiative. Amongst others.

I am a 3rd generation instructor of the Joseph Pilates method, certified through Alycea Ungaro's Real Pilates Teacher Training. Currently, living in Paris, France. When movement and breath align, balance and rhythm returns.
